In order to successfully evaluate the lack of human rights in Egypt, two journals including “Human rights legislation in Egypt and Iran: A comparative historical analysis” and “Entrenching poverty in Egypt: human rights Violations that contributed to the January 25 revolutions” are selected. The main purpose of selection of first journals is that it provides in-depth information about violation of human rights and its impact on political and organization sectors. Selection of second articles is that it provides in-depth information about the three interrelated issues including, labour and workers rights, US foreign aid and disparities in Egyptian education system (El-Ghazaly et al. 132). The recent journals provide effective opportunities to bring into emphasize the outcome of egregious breach of person’s economic rights. Three parts are discussed in the journals; part first is focused on the political and legal mechanism in the United State that permitted for provision of foreign helps to government that methodically abused its political, citizens civil, social rights and economic rights. In second part, labour activism was discussed that was initiated as a response to government’s self service economic challenges as well as policies. At last third part is discussed about the ways in which system associated with education exacerbated the issues created by poor labour conditions and foreign aids. From the analysis and findings it can be observed that main reason of lack of human rights in Egypt is inappropriate education system and rapidly changing political system. The journals provides an information that with help of an better education system and political mechanisms helps the countries to promote better human rights within the organizations. Moreover, the article signifies that due to failure of foreign aid program, Egypt is unable to offers better human rights policies and procedures (Harris 89). The journal provides the information that better government rules and regulations not only help the organization to increases high standard lifestyle but also promote better human rights policies and procedures. Therefore, from the analysis it can be observed that an effective rules and regulations are vital for any organization in order to promote better work standards and increases higher lifestyle. The analysis shows that in order to improve better human rights in Egypt, it is vital for that the government needs to support from foreign aids. In addition to this, it is observed that Egyptian government implements those procedures and policies without regards for the methodical deficiency those changes would negatively impact the human rights policies and procedures. In addition to this, it is observed that unemployment has adversely impact of performance and also state’s rules and regulations over past few years have benefited the upper classes and upper middle classes (Kenneth 63). The observation signifies that government mismanagement is one of the major reasons of lack of human rights in Egypt. Moreover, it is observed that shift away from government led development outcome in several economical and social inequalities. It is observed that approximely more than 1.7 million workers involved in strikes sit-ins, gatherings and demonstration in both private and public sectors between year 2004 and 2008. This finding indicates that the country suffered from the lack of human rights in organization and it has a negative impact on their lifestyle. It is seen that government deployed security forces to repress workers strikes. The restrictions on workers strikes show that Egypt government violated Article 20 of universal declaration of human rights, which mainly provides freedom of workers in organization and associations. It is also seen that the Egypt government also violate Article 8 also indicates that free functioning and formation of trade unions. The observation also shows that inequalities of education system of countries the economic and financial problems resulting inappropriate working condition in organization. Therefore, the article provides information that education plays the vital role for any countries as well as organization and helps them to promote better human rights at workplace. It is said that in order to promote positive human rights and empowering rights, education plays the main vehicle by which socially and economically marginalized children and adults can lifted out of poverty.
Therefore it is said that in order to promote better human right at workplace and real life, education plays the vital role. In order to improve human rights, all policies and procedures is successfully implemented (Sen 151-166). In addition to this it is seen that Egypt requires implementing better policies and procedures in education system. Moreover, Egypt government needs to implement higher education system in more responsive manner to worker market demands. The journals shows that vocational and technical education suffered mainly from poor findings as well as poor quality; thus in such manner government needs to use foreign aids and incorporate appropriate policies and procedures.
Journals one said that Egypt human rights is not much effective and has a significant negative impact on individual’s life. Moreover this article also explains that Middle Eastern countries face lack of human rights legalisation. The paper explain that right of women in both countries i.e. in Iran and Egypt have been suffered from the most debated issues in human rights fields. It is observed that women right in Egypt is not up to the market and women have some restriction while offering them with some degree of freedom as well as the religious behind these regulations (Harris 89). It is also observed that right involving in children and marriage has been among the most heavily restricted rights for women in both Egypt and Iran. In order to improve the women standard regulations, Egypt passed women political representation. Right of freedom of religious of an individual’s is considered another most controversial area in human right in Egypt. Both countries i.e. Iran and Egypt governed on Islamic nations, so that there have been several conflicts between religious minorities and governments as well as their practices, which can leads to limit minorities’ rights.
From both articles it is learned that in order to accomplish and promote better human rights in workplace, education and policies plays the vital roles. Moreover, the articles discussed that Egypt is an Islamic nations, therefore conflicts between government and religious minorities is raised (Ahmed 13). The main similarities between that due to lack of policies and education system Egypt government is not be able to promote better human rights at workplace.

Therefore from the findings and analysis it can be concluded that ineffectiveness of education system within Islamic nation such as Egypt has exacerbated the issues of poverty by establishing inequalities, promote high rate of unemployment and failing to promote better human rights. The findings also show that government is failing to protect employee’s rights as well as enacting labour law. From the findings it can be recommended that it is the main priorities of an organization to reforming new rules and regulations and political system that helps them to end the mismanagement as well as fraud. This also helps the country to promote better human rights at workplace.
