Business intelligent is defined as a process procedures that is used to manage the amount of work in the entire information system and is also used to gain important knowledge of business and better decision making process. The terms and activities done by business intelligence also provides an activity that is picked from past to the predicting of what may happen in the future. It dictates the market in which the information will increase on a daily basis. The main of business intelligence is to make better decision and grow business as a whole.
Background information.
Newcastle United is a team formed in the year 1892 after two local clubs were merged. After its formation, the team achieved the second best performing team in the league. This was possible because of its extreme good performance which made the team get so many supporters from all over the world. The team has over 85 goals and this makes it one of the most effective and offensive team (de Almeida & Elliot, 2017). The best ability of this team is attack from the sides of all the wings, the score by head and attack situations. SWOT is used to analyze the Newcastle performance.
Strength.
One of the major strength of new castle team is the fact the team always try to achieve what they want when they play in the pitch. While on the pitch the goal keeper seems well fettered with karl Dralw and Elliot and this can be arguably be treated like the start of the game.
In general, they enjoy the following strengths:
The main players are more skilled, due to this factors, the team is capable of getting more attention from the public and in most cases in the premier league. Apart from getting fame in their own home town, the club also enjoys more support outside their own team and this assist team in raising finances to get the facilities they may need. Due to this fact the team has enjoyed key success compared to their competitors with may not have come the long way they have come. This means that the challenges they are currently experiencing may be averted if they get a good leadership in terms of managers who can support the head coach.
Weakness
Recently the team performance has gone down significantly simply because of the age of the players. Due to this, new castle faces the very difficult situation when competing with the domestic leagues as their main competitors.
Opportunities:
This particular club attracts young and talented players who are well trained.
Threats.
The team performed very poor and this denied then a chance to continues with the premier league. In 2015, the team worked hard and achieved champion of champion and this made theme qualify for the champion’s league the season that followed. It sis noted that the biggest challenge faced by this football club is the performance of its players. The payers have several challenges this challenges ranges from simple the team is overloaded simply because they have to play so many matches because of the numbers. Secondly, the number of passes in the game is very small and not effective and finally the team players face is many faults in a critical conditions.
One key fact that has a directly negative effects on the players is the payment and score. Based on this factor, which are of directed negative impact is the health and payment issues. CATWAE analysis shows that there should be a change process which will deployed two main steps which is training and exercising. When the players fail to exercise effectively, they will definitely perform less and will have ball control will reduce. Apart from poor placement of the key players to their right places, the players will not perform well because they will be comfortable in their places of allocation. A player should actually be given a chance to play the entire game without a miss because the player will be demoralized.
To come up with an easy and summarized evaluation, this documents goes extra mile to define and evaluate problem that Newcastle football team has faced all over the years bad on the as presented on the excel.

The football club is planning to come up with a reasonable way of coming up with the business strategy. The vision that this organization would share would have an internal and external effects. This plans will also monitor the performance and the business outcomes (Zapparolli et al., 2017). Coming up with a real solution will measure performance of the footballs club and check the challenges that the club needs to deal with. This plans will also give managers and club official a chance to implement their strategy. The assignment sues the balance scorecard for the factors that directly affects this club.
