Write about the “Managing the Organization at the Stage of Growth”.
Answer:

Introduction
Organizations are always underway and as per the American organizational expert Larry Greiner, assessments can be completed with living organisms that undergo numerous growth phases. There are four stages in the organization in which the company undergoes phases of born, growing, maturity and death such as every living organism. However, the company can be eternal contrary to live organism in the theory. For commemorating their lives, it is required by the company to handle the organizational growth process effectively in the hyper-competition periods. The main aim of this article is to elaborate the model of growth in the context of managing the organization. The discussion will be made under this assignment by taking consideration of Greiner Model of Growth as this model is a strategic management instrument which is very frequently taken in the use of contemporary business in order to make the perfect strategic directions.
Greiner Growth Model
The Greiner development model is a distinct system in which the organization is set apart out against the extent of an organization. It is expected by Larry Greiner that the organization improves and develop constantly (Poulfelt, Olson, Bhambri & Greiner, 2017). The role of this model is important to understand the importance of the management styles, coordination instruments work and hierarchical structure. Each stage needs distinctive abilities of the business imaginative, because of which this Model arranges towards fundamental approach.
Growth through creativity
It is the first stage of the model; the company is relatively small and young. It is the initial factor of the growth stage in which each employee is loyal towards the organization. The organizational structure of the company is flat and the main motive of the entrepreneur is to invest in the new clients in order to generate revenues (Greiner & Flaschel, 2010). In the context of the growing pains, it has been found that in this stage the organization is growing too fast and moves towards complex situation, the entrepreneur has to face issues regarding no ability to stock of the situation that is the cause of leadership crisis. It demonstrates the improvement in structure because of no ability to manage the task by a single person.
Growth through direction
In this phase of Greiner Growth Model, to manage the organization, the functional managers are appointed by the management as an outcome of which a middle management is developed that handles the primary aims (Falkowski,  Hudak,  Crookston, Gessler, P. E., Uebler,  & Smith, 2010). The main focus of the management is to manage the business by keeping consideration on the rules and procedures in order to be formalized.  In the context of the growing pains, it has been found that due to further development, the problems arise within the business due to coordination that can be the major issue for the entrepreneur. Moreover, in such cases autonomy is a preference by the middle manager.  
Growth through delegation
It is the phase of decentralization in which the business is liable to delegate the responsibilities to the positive assignments to his center management. Consequences are gone for and the center administrators are in charge of accomplishing strategic and operational targets. The strategic level is considered by the management and infrequently mediates (Winston & Cahill, 2012). It has been found in the context of the touch point that the more divisional managers, the more hard task it would generate for the administration to organize with employees of all divisions that run separately. In such a case, the management crisis can take place within the business. There is an opportunity for the divisional manager to plot their own platform as an outcome of which the organization can disintegrate.
Growth through harmonization and manage
It is the stage that demonstrates the standardization phase of this model; more highlights are keeps on the coordination between varieties of components. In huge expanded companies, the different staff departments go for the good position from the headquarters that are liable too to manage the divisional managers. With respect to the growing pains, it has been analyzed that the staff departments have great power and at the time of not having scope for the divisional managers, red tape crisis take place within the organization (Penrose & Penrose, 2009).
Growth through collaboration
It is the stage of the Greiner Growth Model in which the main aim of the cooperation between line and staff departments is to develop the break-up of the hierarchical coordination development in the form of the matrix structure. It is the phase that is featured through mutual contact between employees by different type of consultation groups (Toolshero, 2018). It is little formalization. With respect to the growing pains, it has been found that the recurrent consultations comprise a pitfall, as an outcome of which a consultation crisis can take place within the organization.
By giving an impending into the phases of the growth, the Grenier Growth Model can be considered as the tool for the organizations to handle the consequent growing pains. The company would be set up for any conceivable growing pains, so they preserve foresee them. Although, it is not possible for the organization to analyze the right time of development of pains as it is hard to analyze by the supervisor about the duration of the enlargement stage in advance.
Conclusion
It can be concluded from the above discussion that there are four stages in which the discussion has been made on the managing activities of the organization that is on the growth stage. The Grenier Growth Model has been demonstrated in order to develop a comprehensive understanding regarding this stage. Various stages of growth along with the growing pain point of each stage have been developed.
