Introduction
The report will discuss on the self-reflection and the technology advancement which helps in leading towards the development in a competitive market. The standards are set for the dynamics of the international and local markets where the human resource departments are tasked with ensuring maximum output of the employees.
Week 1
The nature, processing and strategy of business research includes the discussion of the literature review, concepts and the theories. The study is about the exploration of significance for extracurricular activities with focus on employee performance in and around different industries. In reflection, the major focus is on research learning and implications which relates to the business along with analysis of data (Guest, 2016). The understanding is about the link between theory and research hypothesis, findings and the revision of theory. The qualitative research is about focusing on the words rather than quantification in collection and data analysis.
Week 2
The types of validity with experimental designing elements with managing the time and resources. The preparation of research proposal with data collection and analysis. The prominent research designing is based on comparative design, with internal validity and external validity. The value of learning experience is based on the effectiveness and significance of extracurricular activities based on employees and organization productivity (Pinto & Ramalheira, 2017) . The intangibility resources is for the motivation, ability and social association between the individuals. The employee performance and extracurricular activity is to seek the knowledge gap by examining the impact of curricular activities.
Week 3
The literature review is discussed with focus on the evaluation of the effectiveness and the learning experiences. The discussions are based on the positive and the negative effects of the extracurricular activities in the organization. We discussed about the importance and how it helps in the job satisfaction with focus on recreation and productivity (Schuepbach, 2015). The organizations have incorporated the workplace fun activities which includes Google and Facebook. The discussion is about outlining and practical implications of the study and understanding the issues related to the same.
Week 4
The ethical standards and the issues are discussed. It is important that people in today’s time focus on improving the productivity without invasion to privacy. Hence, the research is about focusing on the revelation of identity with understanding about the issues to anonymity and confidentiality at work (McCabe et al., 2018) .
Week 5
The next discussions is about the qualitative and quantitative research with handling the research about Hyatt Regency Sydney about semi-structured interview that is designed by the researcher. The analysis is about the retrieval of the tape for ensuring consistency and the transparency in the data. The research is about the data which is through using the semi-structured questionnaire with the sample size that helps in saving on the costs.
Week 6
The interviewing focus groups and the language in the qualitative research has been important. Here, the reflection is on the programs and the future career where the capabilities need to be determined with structure that is for the diversified and the complex scale standards. The check is on the cross-examination of the inclusivity and the attainment of validity, coding and grouping with proper analysis that is done through SPSS (Ivanova & Logvinova, 2017).
Week 7
The qualitative analysis of the data is for marking the criteria for assessment of document quality and so there is a need to analyze the extracurricular activities which are effectively used for the historical analysis. The process of analytical induction includes the examination of reformulating hypothesis with excluding deviant cases. The secondary analysis of the qualitative data helps in offering opportunities which are for generating a larger set of data.
Week 8
The sampling discussion is about 50 people of Hyatt Regency who are involved in the designing to ensure about the participants who are having enough information are included in the case study. The stratified random sampling is for the developing of samples with the target population that focus on providing a greater precision with smaller size of sample. It helps in focusing on questionnaires that are in hand to be delivered by the researchers. The completed questionnaires are for the reflection with proper analysis that is through SPSS (Holloway & Pimlott, 2014).
Week 9
The structured interviewing and the questionnaire designing is important as it helps in ensuring the reliability of data. The research is then able to adapt to the use of interviews with focusing on the information of study variables. The factors are related to work on developing the samples which are generally targeting the population of Hyatt. The features include the description of reducing the errors with improving the variability standards as well.
Week 10
The structures observation and analysis of content helps in determining the different problems with interviewing and understanding the factors which affect the sample size. The learning process is evaluated through improving the research methodologies with sampling that is compressed for the limited people. The extracurricular activities have been effective for improved productivity at the workplace and then they are set in relation to the pre-determined goals. There are employees who are working on recreation and performance which is in context to the Kenyan hospitality industry.  
Week 11
This week highlights mainly about the secondary analysis and the quantitative data analysis where there are multilinear regression analysis and the forms that helps in understanding the relation for the different types of variables. Through this, I have been able to decide and conclude that the communication and productivity increases, when you participate and discuss about the problems with the team. I wish to proceed and work as an employee in the hospitality industry in any big hotel so that I am able to enjoy the risks factors and also work on improved cultural analysis. Apart from this, my aim is also to work on improving the ideas that will help in seeking more involvement of the people in such activities.
Week 12
The discussions are about focusing on learning impacts of system policies where the research is about handling business management and the marketing sector. It is important for the organization to deal with adaptations of knowledge with decision making process that leads to improved employment and economic productivity. The suggestions are based on serving and covering the message in line with consumer mindset. The research is about improving the productivity of employees which is defined for the pre-determined goals. The positive effect helps in understanding the productivity and understanding the major impacts of rewards and benefits.
Conclusion
Considering the changes, I would like to focus mainly on how extracurricular activities are important for the productivity of employees. There is a need to meet the changes of the consumers and then handle the globalized market as well. The activities at the workplace have been growing in the different companies. It will help in improving the productivity of the employees in context to the hospitality industry.
