Examine an Equality and Diversity issue.
Explain the main features of a professional code of conduct.

My key strengths in relation to ethical conduct
 and practice are: Areas that I need to develop my skills, knowledge and competence in relation to ethical conduct and practice are:
I am a responsible person who takes the blame for all the wrong things done and is liable for my decisions and actions conducted. I always preserve my integrity and dignity in the work realm and try to resolve any sort of conflict in the arenas of work with a mind and resolution. I am a transparent person who is truthful in all the communicative areas and loyal to my company (Broadbent 2013). I never take undue advantage of my position nor do I use the details and other confidential matters of the company for my personal advantage. I always keep my professional and personal life away from others and try to make the sensitive topics as simple as possible. I try to impact in a positive way in my environment and be a positive source of energy to my people. I constantly strive to take constructive challenges and criticisms on my face which can help in my improvement (Hojnacki et al. 2012). I know and value the responsibilities given to me and make sure to fulfil it with utmost interest. I am totally into my work and I know the level of dedication that I need to put into it to make it the best for both my interest and for the company. There are two types of arenas that needs to be improved by me. One is the sector where I already have some knowledge and I need to improve and the other is the sector where I truly need to work on to improve my skills and ability in the same. The arena where I need to improve include the places like taking personal decisions where I need to improve to conduct the interest. Sometimes I need to make sure to follow each and every legal conditions that is imposed by order which I do not. Sometimes I fail to conduct my duties according to the needs of the organization and do the work according to my whims which is not acceptable. I tend to forget the well-being of all the people around me which I should not do in future and demonstrate a good interaction with all. I try to treat everyone with equal dignity and human rights but I will try to improve more in this matter so that it can be better from my side. The areas that need serious mending from my side include the part where I should not accept gifts for my work done as it is not ethical to do so (Collins 2012). I tend to be angry on the customers which I should not and control my anger as soon as possible with effect. The mutual trust and respect matter in the case should be treated with all ease and should be made into action. I tend not to assist my colleagues which I should mend and make sure that I give their work equal respect and ethical code like my personal ones (Parrott 2014). I should address the interest of the majority of the people and also should make sure that I readily report the bad behaviours of the office which I often tend to miss out.

To be able to treat all with equal dignity and respect
Give respect to each of the people working in the organization
To treat everyone as equals
I will need to develop my skills on a personal level and also to make sure that I do not deviate from my motives
When everyone will be happy with my behaviour and will be able to relate to me
Overall interest of the organization should be assessed
Give my professional life more time
Organizational interest should be positively considered
I will need the help of my organizational members for the fulfilment of the task
When my organization will have better results of me
Abide by all the rules and regulations imposed by the organization
Learn about all the rules and regulations
Try to go by them as per written
I will need a handbook of all the organizational rules
When my organization will recognize my efforts and I will not break any rules
Encouraging others to develop their skills and knowledge
Give organizational compliance more importance
Learn to motivate others and their work
Give respect to their work in due course
I will need my own motivation and good will and along with the ethical code of conduct, I will be able to achieve it will ease (Dweck 2013)
When my colleagues will appreciate my efforts and will do work encouraged or motivated by me.
