Address at least two out of four traits per competency and are strongly advised to make regular contributions to this journal throughout the topic.

The below presented report is focused on the competencies and traits of an individual which will be aiding him/her in the course of creative thinking and innovating. The first competency that has been selected is creative thinking and ideation trait ( 2018). This competency is creative thinking and ideation that is referred as a creative process of generating, developing, and communicating new ideas and under which an idea can be understood as one of the basic element of thought which can be in the form of visuals, concrete, and abstract. This competency also comprise of various traits on which the task is made dependent. The second competency which has been selected is personal enterprise and effectiveness that can be referred as a branch of self-help which deals with success, objectives and associated concepts. This competency also comprises of various traits and that will be aiding the individual in the course of work and action. The prime objective of the report is to develop a reflective content based on the selected competencies and traits.

Competency 1 Trait A
Competency 1 – Creative thinking and ideation
Trait A – Future focused
When leader is trying to do something new and find some difficulties from starting or sticking to it, then leader should focus on future.  It demonstrates interest about new thoughts and potential outcomes, effectively examining prospects and observing patterns to investigate the world and predict what’s to come. 
Leader should ask question about future possibilities but does not collect the information immediately. Leaders must show the curiosity and imagination to change the trend and conditions about future possibilities with in giving resources (destination-innovation 2018).  They should focus on future goals and have a creative thinking for future possibilities.
Now leaders should have a strong imagination for the future goals for future scenarios. They must research deeply about the possibilities. Leader should have this much capability to change about the trend and condition with in a wide range of information. 
Competency 1 Trait B
Competency 1 – Creative thinking and ideation
Trait B – Creative problem solving
Leader show the interest in new thinking ideas and give the best solution to solve the problems. It increases the creativity for leaders and improves the thinking. All leaders together can stimulate and motivate each other to produce the good amount of ideas. But they does not create the many possibility for the customers.
While thinking about the new ideas they must ask about possibilities. When leaders are giving solution to customers they should have the more creative thinking for problems so that they can be easily understand by them and can implement on problem.       
Now leaders must have various alternative solutions for their problems and they show interest in alternative possibilities. The problem solution should be fit for approaches. The solution for problem should be innovative and explore the deep interest for user. Leaders must have wide range of solution to develop the possibilities and have option.
Competency 2 Trait A
Competency 2 – Personal Enterprise and Effectiveness
Trait A – Action oriented           
Leaders take the personal initiative to turn ideas into action, outcomes are focused and proactively makes thing happens. Leaders needed to become more creative. They take practical action to deal with a problems or situation ( 2018). Leader has strong sense of immediacy for the task.
Now leader must their value with the team members and have interact with them. They should create the mutually beneficial goals for team and for individuals who are on team. Leaders must have good connection and trust and respect for them. It is the time to turn the ideas into action.
Leaders must take initiative and it should be effective to turning the ideas into action. The action may be practical and change oriented. The action should depends on the moving forward, looking to the future. Leaders should understand each other and give commitment for their success.
Competency 2 Trait B
Competency 2 – Personal Enterprise and Effectiveness
Trait B – Resources efficient
Leaders must identify and collect the necessary physical, financial, and social resources to recognize the plan. It is difficult to identify the resources acquired the necessary but any how they have to collect the resources.
They should identify the needed resources and inputs. Sometimes it fails to identify the proper selection and it must provide a logical plan (Manan 2018). The plan should be progressive significantly compromised. The plan should be prepared according to the required of resources. Plan should be under the boundaries for archiving the resources.
Now they make the strategy to collect the resources. They should recognize the assets which they required but the logic and justification required for additional clarity. The progresses of these plans are not fully realized.   They continuously apply for all resources and inputs requires for the model of the activities, deliverable the outputs and outcomes results leading to impact.
After summing up the above presented analysis it has been reflected that the there are several competencies that lead an individual towards creative thinking. Creative thinking is the capability of thinking some original or un-usual whereas innovation is creating something new which is never made and will also be recognized as the concept of unique insight. The above presented reflection is focused on the competencies and traits. The selected competencies are creative thinking and ideation and second one is personal enterprise and effectiveness. These competencies have some specific traits which aid the individual in the process of thinking and innovating. The presented analysis is focused on the challenges faced by an individual during the roadmap innovation competencies..
