Question:
This assessment requires you to develop a Problem Analysis for one of the topics below. Your analysis should employ the 4Ps writing technique, organizing your answer under the following categories:• Present Situation• Problem• Possible Solutions• Proposal

Answer:
Introduction
Cyberbullying refers to the activities of harassing or bullying an individual or a group of individuals over the various electronic media. The cyberbullying or the online bullying might be conducted over the various social media platforms that has gained immense popularity among the students attending school (Hinduja and Patchin 2014). The conditions of cyberbullying have also led to severe depression and suicidal tendencies among the victims of the cyberbullying (Kowalski et al. 2014). The following report attempts to shed light on the matters that pertain to the current situation that has been existent in regards to the cyberbullying among the school children and the major problems that might have been rising due to the conditions related to the cyber bullying among the students at school. The report proceeds to present a few solutions for the addressal of the problems incurred and discusses the most appropriate steps that might be implemented as a solution to the problems that have been stemming from the cyberbullying activities.
Present Situation
The present situation within the Australian market have demonstrated the fact that a huge number of students have reported to have been bullied by their peers and their seniors in school. The reports suggest that the schools in Australia have reported the highest amount of bullying among the students. The students who have been studying at the year 5 have reported a considerable amount of cases that amounts to almost 32% of the cases and the year 8 has faced almost 29% of the cases of bullying that have been reported by the students (Bullyingnoway.gov.au 2018). The reports further suggest that the presence of the peers as the onlooking audience of the concerned bullying activity have been reported in almost 87% of the interactions where a single student or a certain group of students have faced bullying by a certain section of their peers (Bullyingnoway.gov.au 2018). The bullying might take place both in the form of cyberbullying and in person. The cyberbullying however is majorly observed among the students who have been undertaking the courses of education at the secondary sections rather than the primary section due to the fact that the students at the primary sections are not allowed a free access to the technology unlike the secondary students who are allowed the access (Bullyingnoway.gov.au 2018).
Problem
The problem that might arise due to the rise in the cyberbullying events might lead to grave sequences among the victims. The cyberbullying might result in the conditions wherein the victimised students might not be comfortable enough to attend the schools. The cyberbullying might also affect the academic outcomes that are depicted by the concerned students alongside the low rates of attendance and the completion of the courses (Palladino, Nocentini and Menesini 2015). The students might also display the high amount of resilient behaviour and higher levels of the resilient behaviour that might be indicative of the vulnerability that they might have been facing due to their subjection to the bullying activities. The severity of the bullying activities might also lead to the high levels of depression among the concerned victims (Waasdorp and Bradshaw 2015). The victims might also suffer from the isolation and might even turn suicidal in cases of extreme bullying among the concerned students.
Possible Solutions
The various problems that might arise due to the cyberbullying might be attempted to resolve by implementing the strictness in the matters that pertain to the anti-bullying policies within the concerned schools. The management of the schools might need to hold the various sessions that might be needed to educate the students on the grave consequences of the activity (Bullyingnoway.gov.au 2018). The schools might also need to implement a close scrutiny on the matters that pertain to the complains by the students who have been victimised in the acts of cyberbullying. The schools might also be advised to follow up on the complains that have been lodged by the respective students or the guardians of the students. The students might be encouraged to drop in complains through a platform that might enable the students to lodge the complains but not reveal their identities to the concerned group of students or a single student who might be bullying the complainant (Education.vic.gov.au 2018). This might help the student to lodge the complains against the bully without the fear of a backlash.
Proposal
Among all the various strategies that have been discussed above, the most effective strategy might be the strictness in the antibullying policies that are implemented by the concerned schools and the other educational institutions. The schools might organise various meetings and developmental sessions within the school in order to help the concerned parents as well as the students know about the ill-effects of the activity. The schools must take strong action against every single instance that is reported under the banner of the bullying as well as cyberbullying (Topsfield 2018). The concerned parents might be advised to monitor the activities of their children on the various social media platforms in order to help the children identify the various types of bullying activities that they might have been facing. The regularity of the training sessions might need to be maintained within the school in order to help the students realise the importance of the activity.
Conclusion
Thus, from the above discussion it might be pointed out that the cyberbullying within the children studying in schools have been a major issue. This might often lead to the conditions wherein the victim might be hugely depressed or even turn suicidal. Thus, the activities of cyberbullying should be considered to be a huge issue among the school students of Australia.
