Consider an existing need to implement an operational plan in your workplace, or alternatively adopt the StorPlus workplace scenario.
Part A:
Conduct a meeting with your manager to determine resource requirements for the purpose of developing a detailed action plan for the implementation of the operational plan provided, identify and use KPIs to monitor performance, develop a contingency plan, and develop a written proposal (simple business case) for fulfilling resource requirements in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.  This meeting can be undertaken with your actual manager in the workplace, or role played with another person who is to act out the role as the manager.
Part B:
Using the information obtained in the meeting with your manager (from Part A) you are to develop the required documents to prepare an implementation plan, and develop a one-page draft business case.
